The Executive & Educator

Professionally, I am a hands-on creator and executive leader in design, construction, and real estate development. As the Chief Development Officer and Founding Partner of Bedrock International Group, LLC in Houston, I oversee complex building operations. Over the past three decades, I have helped bring more than 11 million square feet of commercial, hospitality, and residential space to reality across 4 continents, 7 countries, and 26 U.S. states, representing a combined value exceeding $1.8 billion.

My technical foundation includes a B.Arch, M.Arch, and Ph.D. (ABD) in Architecture and Urban Design from the University of Southern California (USC). Driven by a passion for mentorship, I frequently bridge the gap between the boardroom and the classroom as an Adjunct Faculty member at Houston Community College (HCC).

The Artist & Athlete

I have always believed that structural precision and artistic expression should seamlessly coexist. Since re-igniting my creative pursuits in 2022, I have been fortunate to act across Houston theater stages, film, and a television sitcom pilot for NTV America. I am also proud to serve on the Board of Directors for The Company Onstage. As a fine art painter with the Islamic Arts Society and an active writer/speaker, I enjoy exploring comparative world history, philosophy, and Islamic architecture.

Sports are another major pillar of my life. I am a dedicated fan of the USC Trojans and the Raiders, and have spent years playing and coaching multiple sports—including football, rugby, and ice hockey—from youth leagues up to national team competitions.

Roots & Global Citizenship

Above all, family is my anchor. I am a happily married husband and a proud father of four independent, creative young adults. Growing up as the eldest son of Pakistani immigrants and the eldest grandchild to a close-knit extended family of over 40 cousins, I learned the values of responsibility and natural leadership at a very young age. My professional and personal journeys have truly made me a global citizen, having lived in 4 countries, visited 47 U.S. states, and traveled to more than 30 countries.
